Molecular Interactions consortium connects Department for Molecular Biology and Nanobiotechnology at National Institute of Chemistry Slovenia and Infrastructural Centre for Analysis of Molecular Interactions at the Department of Biology (Biotechnical Faculty, University of Ljubljana). Research activities are supported by the Slovenian Research Agency. The consortium is also a partner of the EU-funded project MOSBRI.
Consortium offers a variety of methods for a thorough characterisation of molecular interactions and for a development of analytical methods in food technology, biotechnology and protection of the environment. It also assists users with sharing knowledge and helping with experimental design, evaluation of results, ordering supplies, training of new users, etc.
All instruments are currently operable.
Access to the site is in standard regime. Prior to conducting experiments, instruments should be booked and the Sample request form (found under Sample requirements for the specified equipment type) and some administrative forms hould be completed (see under Visiting the facility tab).
