Biacore X
Description
Biacore X (GE Healthcare) is manual surface plasmon resonance based refractometer, appropriate for the introductory investigation of interactions with unknown properties. We recommend to use Biacore X for the complex interactions and initial screenings. The chip with two flow cells is being used and all the reagents are injected manually. For the immobilization via amine group the sensor chip CM5 is used (Product number BR-1000-12).
